How are decisions made in the International Monetary Fund—an inter-governmental organization of 184 member countries? Can decision-making be made more democratic? To whom is the IMF accountable? How can developing country interests be better represented at the IMF? How to reconcile low income countries' desire for more influence with the interests of countries that provide most of the institution's financial resources? These and related questions will be addressed by the following panelists:
