Galen Sher is an Economist in the Multilateral Surveillance Division of the IMF's Research Department. Previously, he worked in the IMF's Western Hemisphere and Monetary and Capital Markets Departments, and was a research economist at the Bank of England. His research focuses on applied econometrics and risk measurement.
