Despite ongoing efforts to spur recovery and accelerate reforms, many countries in the Middle East and North Africa remain on a slow growth path, and are not effectively deriving full benefits from globalization and closer economic integration with the rest of the world. What can be done to assist these countries in deepening reforms and reaching their potential? The following panelists will attempt to answer this question:
