9:00–10:30	Opening by Prime Minister of Norway Jens Stoltenberg, introductory remarks by IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn and ILO Director-General Juan Somavia, and roundtable discussion with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia, Prime Minister Jose Rodriguez Zapatero of Spain, and Prime Minister George Papandreou of Greece. The Leaders Dialogue will frame the subsequent discussions and address possible long-term and short-term responses to the current employment crisis.
