Andrew Mayeda is a senior speechwriter in the Communications Department of the International Monetary Fund.
Previously he worked in various roles at the World Bank Group, including chief speechwriter to the president. Prior to that, he was a journalist covering global economic policy at Bloomberg News. During his journalism career, Andrew covered everything from election campaigns to Arctic security and the war in Afghanistan.
Andrew has a master's degree in English literature from the University of Toronto and is pursuing a master's in economics at the University of Missouri.
