IMF Revises Down Outlook for Global Growth, Despite Cheaper Oil, Faster U.S. Growth

As the IMF releases its update of the World Economic Outlook, Chief Economist Olivier Blanchard says that even with a boost from sharp declines in oil prices, world growth is still subdued, weighed down by underlying weakness.
