Замедление инфляции и устойчивый рост открывают путь к «мягкой посадке»

    Риски для роста мировой экономики в целом сбалансированы, и возможна «мягкая посадка».

    Рост мировой экономики прогнозируется на уровне 3,1 процента в 2024 году и 3,2 процента в 2025 году, при этом прогноз на 2024 год на 0,2 процентного пункта выше, чем в октябрьском докладе «Перспективы развития мировой экономики» (ПРМЭ) 2023 года, вследствие более высокой, чем ожидалось, устойчивости экономики США и ряда крупных стран с формирующимся рынком и развивающихся стран, а также бюджетной поддержки в Китае. Однако прогноз на 2024–2025 годы ниже среднего исторического (2000–2019 годы) показателя 3,8 процента ввиду повышенного уровня директивных ставок центральных банков для борьбы с инфляцией, сворачивания бюджетной поддержки на фоне высокой задолженности, которое оказывает давление на экономическую активность, и низкого общего роста производительности. В большинстве регионов инфляция снижается быстрее, чем ожидалось, в условиях ослабления проблем в области предложения и проведения ограничительной денежно-кредитной политики. Ожидается, что общая инфляция в мире снизится до 5,8 процента в 2024 году и 4,4 процента в 2025 году, при этом прогноз на 2025 год пересмотрен в сторону снижения.
