Damien Puy is an Economist in the North American Division of the IMF’s Western Hemisphere Department. He previously held positions in the Macro-Finance Division of the IMF’s Research Department and the International Finance divisions of the Bank of England and Banque de France. His research interests include international finance, macroeconomics, and economic history. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
