Monetary Fund (IMF) for the non-exclusive right to include the following
material in the first edition of the work referenced below, in all media of
expression now known for distribution throughout the world, in the English language
only, and also in versions made by nonprofit organizations for use by blind or physically
handicapped persons. Appropriate credit should be printed in the publication as
directed by the IMF.
