A regional approach
Nine regional technical assistance centers in Africa, the Caribbean, Central America, the Middle East and the Pacific help countries strengthen human and institutional capacity to design and implement policies that promote growth and reduce poverty.
Regional technical assistance centers focus on several key areas, including public financial management, revenue administration, tax policy, debt management, financial sector supervision, regulation and development, monetary policy and operations, economic and financial statistics, and training in macroeconomics.
