Unfortunately, we do not provide data on a city-level breakdown.
You may want to check the City Mayors website. They do have a list of cities ranked by GDP. To get at per capita GDP, you can download the population in these cities from the United Nations Population Density and Urbanization database. Both sites are available free-of-charge.
Other than these, I would also suggest possibly contacting the United Nations or the World Bank as this type of data is something they might have.
