2025年と2026年の世界経済成長率は3.3%と予測されており、2024年10月の世界経済見通し（WEO）の予測とほぼ変わらない。米国の上方改定が他の地域の下方改定を相殺した。短期的な見通しは、各国まちまちであることが特徴的で、成長の中期的リスクは下方に傾いている。インフレ圧力が再び高まると、金融政策の転換が妨げられる可能性があり、そうなれば財政の持続,可能性と金融の安定に影響が及ぶ。ポリシーミックスは、バッファーの再構築とトレードオフのバランスを取らなければならない。
