Fiscal Reporting - Improving the coverage, quality and transparency (FRBT)

The course will discuss good practices in compilation, consolidation of accounting data for fiscal reporting; and chart of accounts. It will also briefly discuss the Government Accounting Statistics framework and Public Sector Debt Statistics.
Target Audience
Mid-level officers of Indian Civil Accounts Service and sister organizations
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in fiscal reporting and related areas in government of India
Course Objectives
The course is tailored for the ICAS officers, involved in budget execution and fiscal reporting. It aims at working with the ICAS officers as cohort to improve fiscal reporting in India. The course aims at discussing good practices and their implementation in India.
