Anne-Charlotte PARET is an economist in the IMF’s European Department, where she covers monetary policy for the euro area and the fiscal sector for Iceland. Prior to joining the Fund, she worked as a fiscal economist at the French Treasury, and in the Economic Research team of Amundi Asset Management, in France. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille (France) and has published in The Review of Economics and Statistics, the Review of Economics and Institutions, Applied Economics and Economic Modelling.
