JOINT STAFF ADVISORY NOTES - AMENDMENTS TO STREAMLINE MODALITIES ... 3. Following a member's transmission to the Fund of a Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) or an interim Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (I-PRSP) outside of the enhanced HIPC Initiative context, a Joint Staff Advisory Note (JSAN) shall be prepared and circulated for discussion to the Executive Board generally within four months of the transmission.
